ABA Therapy Services In Colorado

ABA Services for Diverse Learning Environments

New Dawn ABA brings expert therapy directly to the places your child learns best. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use structured, data-driven methods to help children develop communication, social and daily living skills. We deconstruct complex skills into manageable steps using positive reinforcement like praise, high-fives or time with a favorite activity.

We provide:

At-home ABA therapy: To foster greater independence and instill skills functional for everyday life, we use natural environment teaching strategies to build skills during everyday routines like mealtime and playtime. This approach helps the child practice new abilities in a familiar setting.

School-based ABA support: We collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom success and ease the burden of care coordination. Our professionals help with following instructions, managing transitions and building positive peer interactions.

Daycare-based ABA services: New Dawn ABA brings therapy to daycare settings, simplifying scheduling for working families. This approach eliminates extra pickups and facilitates consistent support during their regular routine.

Social skills programs: Friendship and communication develop through building meaningful peer relationships. Our structured social skills sessions provide safe spaces for children to practice turn-taking, conversation skills and teamwork through play-based activities.

Behavior support services: We identify triggers and teach replacement skills to address behaviors at home and school. This solution helps families and teachers understand patterns and support positive change and greater independence.

Learning support programs: For children who need extra help with focus, task completion or following directions, our team creates customized learning plans that strengthen the skills necessary for classroom participation.

K'mijah Jordan, RBT

I'm K'mijah. I work here at New Dawn as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. I implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA to help clients build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills. My role includes collecting detailed data, providing positive reinforcement, reducing challenging behaviors, and creating a supportive, structured learning environment. I work closely with families to ensure that goals are met and we see progress. I do this work because I am passionate about helping clients reach their fullest potential. Seeing a child communicate their needs for the first time or gain independence in daily tasks is extremely rewarding. I believe every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and be understood. Being an RBT allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families I serve every single day.

Cheyenne Frey, BCBA

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017 and practicing as a behavior analyst since 2020. What began as an unexpected introduction to ABA quickly became my life’s passion. Within four months of entering the field, I committed to pursuing my master’s degree, and I have not regretted that decision for a single day.As a parent of three children, I deeply understand how important strong foundations are in a child’s life. My role as both a clinician and a mother shapes my approach—compassionate, practical, and family-centered. I am passionate about empowering children to become their best selves while equipping families with the tools, confidence, and strategies they need to support their child’s long-term success. Helping families grow together and watching children thrive is not just my career—it is my calling.
